At Gridiron Goddess, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

• Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fee: A $10 restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
• Personalized Items: Personalized items cannot be returned.
• Quality Issues: Items can be returned if there is a quality issue with the shirt itself or the print.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
